LOUISVILLE — California-based Adler Realty Investments has paid $7.4 million to Hope Foods LLC for a 60,000-square-foot industrial building in the Colorado Technology Center in Louisville. The building, at 1850 Dogwood St., was owned by food manufacturer New Hope Foods LLC, makers of hummus and guacamole. Robbie Rech, president of New Hope Foods, said the company will lease back the space where it employs 70 people. The 58,901-square-foot building has approximately 8,000 square feet of office, 6,500 square feet of refrigerated and 1,500 square feet of freezer storage space.
