RICO DEVLIN
As a Partner and Senior Broker Associate with LC Real Estate Group, Rico utilizes his experience in financial modeling as well as project coordination to help clients find real estate investments that will increase wealth and add value to businesses and the community. Rico has built a network of trusted associates throughout Northern Colorado as a member of Loveland Rotary Club, Loveland Chamber of Commerce and working with many brokers and clients over the past six years. Although Rico is knowledgeable in many segments of commercial real estate, he specializes in office and industrial property sales and Tenant/Landlord representation. Rico Received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from CSU in 2014, and continues to further his real estate knowledge through continuing education and through CCIM coursework. In 2014 Rico was brought on to then, Loveland Commercial, as an analyst and transaction coordinator to assist with a multi million dollar acquisition of six commercial assets and successfully grow the company investment portfolio by 230,000 square feet. Over the last 5 years, Rico has helped hundreds of clients, assisted in nearly $30 million in leasing and sales transactions, and became a partner in LC Real Estate Group in 2018. Rico is currently pursuing a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has completed several Ninja Selling courses to develop mastery in the real estate industry. Rico is constantly looking to further his experience and knowledge in real estate and development and has recently been appointed to the City of Loveland Planning Commission. Rico will utilize his knowledge and skills to assist in the betterment and continued revitalization effort in the Loveland Community and continue to build relationships through partnerships with nonprofit organizations who are aligned with the Company mission of Mindfully Creating Community.

JAMIE GLOBELNIK
Jamie has eight years’ experience in commercial real estate and has been with Realtec Loveland since 2015. She is a Broker specializing in the leasing and sales of office and industrial space. Additionally, she manages a number of commercial properties in the Northern Colorado area, including Class A office and medical space, along with industrial space. Jamie also assists Realtec with transaction
coordination, various marketing campaigns and customer relations.
Jamie graduated from Colorado State University in 2014 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Organization and Innovation Management. While attending CSU, Jamie was an intern at McWhinney Real Estate Services, Inc. assisting in their Property Management Department and after graduation, she accepted a position as a Leasing Professional in their Multifamily Department for Lake Vista
Luxury Apartment Homes and The Greens at Van de Water.
Jamie was the 2022 President of the Northern Colorado Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and has served on the Board of Directors since 2020. Jamie also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR). In 2020, she won the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR) Rookie Broker of the Year Titan Award, which is awarded to the broker with the highest level of real estate transactions within the first three years of having their license. In 2021, Jamie was honored as a Notable Woman in Commercial Real Estate by BizWest Media and in 2022, she was honored as a 40 Under Forty award recipient by BizWest Media.

Soon after, he began his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield working directly with Nate Heckel and Tyler Murray participating in over 225 transactions totaling over $372,000,000.00. Ty has assisted in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of all property types including industrial, retail, office, and land.

MARY JO BROCKSHUS
Mary Jo Brockshus hails from the great state of Iowa. She started coming to Colorado to visit family in the early 70’s and had always hoped to move here. After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Communication with an emphasis in radio and TV she landed her first job at KYOU and KGRE radio in Greeley as a DJ. She became interested in Construction in the early 2000’s and began CSU’s Construction Management program. After building her own spec homes for 5 years she saw the market was shifting and decided it was time to go a different direction. She received her Real Estate license in 2007and was the Greeley Area Realtor Association Rookie of the Year that year. She received RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in 2013 which is based on sales volume and commissions. She has been with RE/MAX Commercial since receiving her license and focuses on sales and leasing for Industrial, Office, Land and Retail products. She believes that there is not any place better to live than Northern Colorado. She is active in the community and is involved in the following:

Steve is a Broker with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services, specializing in industrial, office, retail and land properties across Northern Colorado. Steve combines his strong industry relationships with CBRE’s market- leading plat- form, including dedicated research, marketing and technology resources, to bring his clients strategic counsel that gives them a competitive edge in doing business in Northern Colorado. His work ethic, integrity, breadth of experi- ence and extensive network contribute to collaborative solutions, helping cli- ents identify and align real estate requirements with strategic business, finan- cial and operational objectives. Prior to joining CBRE, Steve held various lead- ership and executive roles in IT, Corporate Audit, R&D, Supply Chain and Le- gal functions. Most recently he was a Managing Director for Hewlett Packard, Intellectual Property Licensing, leading a team of professionals to extend HP’s technology reach and generate additional revenue for the company. Steve is the board chair of Ram Masters, leads the Northern Colorado Guys Who Give chapter, is a member of the Fort Collins Breakfast Rotary Club, Young Life Golf Tournament Committee chair, and a longtime member of Council Tree Cove- nant Church. He enjoys spending time with his family; outdoor activities are a high priority especially when a golf course is involved.

Deeply involved in the community, Erik serves on the board of the Northern Colorado Young Professionals and actively volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club of Weld County, supporting the next generation of leaders.
