JAMIE GLOBELNIK
Jamie Globelnik brings more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate and has been with Realtec Loveland since 2015. She specializes in the leasing and sales of office and industrial space and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across Northern Colorado, including Class A office, medical, and industrial assets.
With a background in property management, she approaches every deal with an owner’s perspective, understanding not just how to close a transaction, but how each decision impacts long-term asset performance. Known for her clear communication, thoroughness, and levelheaded nature, Jamie helps landlords and property owners achieve successful, stress-free outcomes that leave them in a stronger position than when they started.
Jamie also represents tenants and buyers, working with local companies and small business owners to simplify the process, provide market guidance, and help clients make informed decisions that support their long-term goals.
Prior to joining Realtec, Jamie was a Leasing Professional at McWhinney Real Estate Services, Inc., where she supported the Multifamily Department for Lake Vista Luxury Apartment Homes and The Greens at Van de Water.
A recognized leader in her field, Jamie served as the 2022 President of the Northern Colorado Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and has been on the Board of Directors since 2020. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR), where she was Treasurer in 2024 and currently serves as Vice President.
Her professional accomplishments include being named the 2020 NCCAR Rookie Broker of the Year Titan Award recipient, a 2021 Notable Woman in Commercial Real Estate, and a 2022 BizWest 40 Under Forty honoree. In 2023, Jamie was part of a three-person team recognized with the NCCAR Notable Deal of the Year Titan Award for completing the sale of a 152-acre site to Amazon in Loveland, Colorado.
Jamie is a proud Colorado State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organization and Innovation Management (2014).

RICO DEVLIN
As a Partner and Senior Broker Associate with LC Real Estate Group, Rico utilizes his experience in financial modeling as well as project coordination to help clients find real estate investments that will increase wealth and add value to businesses and the community. Rico has built a network of trusted associates throughout Northern Colorado as a member of Loveland Rotary Club, Loveland Chamber of Commerce and working with many brokers and clients over the past six years. Although Rico is knowledgeable in many segments of commercial real estate, he specializes in office and industrial property sales and Tenant/Landlord representation. Rico Received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from CSU in 2014, and continues to further his real estate knowledge through continuing education and through CCIM coursework. In 2014 Rico was brought on to then, Loveland Commercial, as an analyst and transaction coordinator to assist with a multi million dollar acquisition of six commercial assets and successfully grow the company investment portfolio by 230,000 square feet. Over the last 5 years, Rico has helped hundreds of clients, assisted in nearly $30 million in leasing and sales transactions, and became a partner in LC Real Estate Group in 2018. Rico is currently pursuing a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has completed several Ninja Selling courses to develop mastery in the real estate industry. Rico is constantly looking to further his experience and knowledge in real estate and development and has recently been appointed to the City of Loveland Planning Commission. Rico will utilize his knowledge and skills to assist in the betterment and continued revitalization effort in the Loveland Community and continue to build relationships through partnerships with nonprofit organizations who are aligned with the Company mission of Mindfully Creating Community.

Erik Caffee is an industrial real estate specialist with a deep focus on the Weld County market. Drawn to commercial real estate for its unique investment opportunities, Erik is passionate about helping business owners and investors achieve their goals. He thrives on solving complex challenges and takes pride in fostering lasting relationships within the community. With a strong understanding of market trends and a strategic approach to client success, Erik is committed to driving growth and opportunity in Northern Colorado’s commercial sector. As a board member of the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR), Erik joined to provide advocacy for the Weld County market, ensuring that the region’s commercial real estate professionals and property owners have a strong voice in the industry. Deeply involved in the community, Erik serves on the board of the Northern Colorado Young Professionals and actively volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club of Weld County, supporting the next generation of leaders.

Soon after, he began his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield working directly with Nate Heckel and Tyler Murray participating in over 225 transactions totaling over $372,000,000.00. Ty has assisted in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of all property types including industrial, retail, office, and land.

MARY JO BROCKSHUS
Mary Jo Brockshus hails from the great state of Iowa. She started coming to Colorado to visit family in the early 70’s and had always hoped to move here. After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Communication with an emphasis in radio and TV she landed her first job at KYOU and KGRE radio in Greeley as a DJ. She became interested in Construction in the early 2000’s and began CSU’s Construction Management program. After building her own spec homes for 5 years she saw the market was shifting and decided it was time to go a different direction. She received her Real Estate license in 2007and was the Greeley Area Realtor Association Rookie of the Year that year. She received RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in 2013 which is based on sales volume and commissions. She has been with RE/MAX Commercial since receiving her license and focuses on sales and leasing for Industrial, Office, Land and Retail products. She believes that there is not any place better to live than Northern Colorado. She is active in the community and is involved in the following:

Sarah begins her 19th year working for NCCAR. Sarah runs the association from all angles, including; membership management, bookkeeping, NAR/CAR dues management, events, website management, education, board meetings and sponsorship organiza- tion. Sarah is a native of Fort Collins and an alum of Colorado State University.
Sarah is married with 2 boys.
