Burris names Philip Harding as regional sales manager

GREELEY — Burris Co. Inc., which manufactures precision-made optic technology, has named Phillip Harding IV as its new U.S. regional sales manager.

Harding will focus on training representatives and dealers on Burris product knowledge and sales strategy, in addition to targeting growth opportunities, according to a press release.

Harding has been with Burris since July 2014, beginning as a technical support representative.

“Phil is an incredible asset,” Todd Vulton, vice president of sales at Burris/Steiner. “His technical knowledge adds depth to our sales team. In today’s market, customers require more information other than pricing and general features, and I’m confident Phil will communicate at a high level to assist any customer needs. We are fortunate to have Phil as part of the Burris team and providing a solid commitment to our customers.”

Burris was acquired by Italian weapons manufacturer Beretta Holding in 2002. Beretta acquired Steiner Optik GmbH in 2008, with manufacturing of some Steiner products shifting to Burris’ Greeley operation.
