raises $7.2M from investors

LAFAYETTE — Inc., a Lafayette-based company that uses artificial intelligence to solve roadway transportation problems, has raised a bit more than $7.2 million in capital through an equity investment round. 

The company, representatives of which did not respond to requests for comment, offered $7,323,355 in preferred stock and has sold all but $100,000 of it, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission disclosure.
