DENVER — Unico Properties LLC has hired Billy Woodward, most recently a vice president with Lincoln Property Co., as its new Colorado market leader, overseeing the company’s properties in and around Boulder, Denver and Colorado Springs.
“Denver is a foundational market for Unico, and we are excited to have Billy help grow our platform over the long-term,” Unico senior vice president Andrew Cox said in a prepared statement.
In Colorado, Unico owns and manages a total of 3.1 million square feet of office and mixed-use commercial space, including prominent properties on Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall.
Unico in 2012 bought a majority stake in a portfolio of 14 downtown Boulder buildings owned by J. Nold Midyette that amounts to 354,000 square feet on or around the Pearl Street Mall.
“Unico Properties has a significant presence in Denver, Boulder and Colorado Springs with a diverse portfolio of office and mixed-use space,” Woodward said in a statement. “I look forward to working alongside the team to continue to grow Unico’s legacy in this market while also representing the core values of Unico in the Denver real estate community.”
